S40 engine needs and deserves a new twin pipe exhaust system. Not only does this system optimize the exhaust process, it complement's the 2006 2007 Volvo
S40 character with a specially tuned sound that was orchestrated to further excite the senses of the driver and please those he or she passes along the way. Mated to the 3.2 is a racing bred six-speed manual transmission that uses a hydraulic clutch. Only manual drivers need apply , as no automatic transmission is offered. Engine: Base 4-cylinder engine produces an adequate 115 hp but the sky's the limit after that, with a 180 Turbo, a 200 hp VR6, a high-torque turbodiesel that gets 50 mpg on the highway and 700 miles between fill-ups. The Performance puts out 237 hp from its VR6 engine, controlled by all-wheel-drive.
