Toyota offers option packages on the Tundra, such as the All-Weather Guard and TRD Off-Road packages, that include a variety of exterior and interior trim upgrades and functional feature improvements. Options available exclusively on the Double Cab include a moonroof and Vehicle Stability Control. That big, bad V8 engine found under the hood of every new Double Cab is a 4.7-liter, 285-cubic inch model. It pumps out 240 horsepower at 4800 rpm and 315 lb-ft of torque at 3400 rpm. All Tundras offer rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. It must be disengaged on dry pavement, but it does include low-range gearing. Antilock brakes are standard. |
